18+  ·  VERMILION CANYON  ·  BY RESERVATION

Built into the rock. Not on top of it.

Mirona sits at the floor of Vermilion Canyon, its gaming room cut back into the sandstone rather than built out over it. The Wash still runs past the kitchen door most winters. Nothing here was smoothed over to make it easier to photograph.

NNorth Rim — Arrival

Three things guests notice on the way down.

The road into Mirona switches back along the canyon wall before it reaches the floor. Most guests remember these three things about the descent.

01

A Canyon Left Mostly Alone

Vermilion Canyon has no public road to its floor — the resort's own switchback is the only way down, and it was routed around the rock rather than through it.

02

One Host for the Descent and After

Assigned at the gate and kept for your stay — one name for the drive down, the tables, and every request that comes after.

03

A Kitchen Fed by the Wash

A working kitchen garden runs along the dry riverbed behind the property, watered when the Wash runs and by hand when it doesn't.

EEast Wash — House Policy

Remote doesn't mean unwatched.

Being hard to find isn't a substitute for running things properly. Here's what Mirona actually does about it.

SSouth Floor — The Canyon Room

One room cut into the rock. A wing set apart from it.

Everything Mirona is known for sits at the canyon floor — a gaming room, a set of rim rooms above it, and a kitchen built to outlast them both.

The Main Room

The Canyon Room

Mirona's principal floor, set back against exposed sandstone on one wall — a spread built for players who want the classics run properly, with a ceiling height that borrows from the canyon itself.

  • 01 European roulette, blackjack, baccarat and punto banco
  • 02 A dedicated poker room running cash games and nightly tournaments
  • 03 A curated slot room kept apart from the main floor
By Reservation

The North Rim Rooms

Fifteen rooms set into the canyon wall above the floor, four with their own private table — reserved for guests who prefer their stakes, and the view down into the canyon, unshared.

  • 01 Private tables with a dedicated dealer, no rail
  • 02 Standing bar service poured to the guest's own preference
  • 03 A private switchback from rim room to canyon floor
After the Tables

Dining & the Wash Kitchen

A kitchen fed by its own riverbed garden, a cellar kept at guest disposal, and a terrace built low enough to catch the canyon shade through the hottest part of the afternoon.

  • 01 A tasting menu and an à la carte kitchen, both open until close
  • 02 Live music on the terrace, one seating a night
  • 03 A private dining room built into the rock, up to twelve guests
WWest Overlook — The Close

Most guests remember Mirona for the canyon first, the tables second.
